Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Delivery, and Use

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old!

Please note that the same purchase and delivery conditions apply to all products in the online store.

We don’t ship internationally! Local pickup at our office in Helsingborg, Sweden, is available for international customers.

Warranty

At Kind Cigars, we actively work with customer support, service, and warranty issues.

Our goal is to always resolve warranties, services, and other support issues faster than any other store. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act in cases where otherwise not specified.

When Ordering

We reserve the right for any errors in product information, pricing, and stock balance and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We also cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the products' appearance and color.

Placing an order means that you accept these terms and conditions and thereby consent to your name and personal identification number or organization number being registered in our customer register.

Prices and Payment

All items are listed with prices including Swedish VAT. The total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping costs, and payment method, is displayed at checkout. At checkout, you need to verify your age via Swedish BankID, after which you can choose to pay for your order with Swish, card, invoice, or bank transfer via our payment partner Payson.

Handling of Your Personal Data

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Your information may be shared within Kind Group AB. We never forward, sell, or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties. Information forwarded to third parties is only used to fulfil the aforementioned agreement. For more information, see our privacy policy.

Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. Contact us via email in such a case. For more information, see our privacy policy.

Shipping and Delivery Times in Sweden

All orders are usually processed the same day the order is placed if the order reaches us before 12:00 on weekdays without holidays. Orders are shipped with PostNord’s "MyPack Collect" service to an agent and require identification and age verification (18 years) upon collection.

The delivery time is usually about 1-3 business days after it has been shipped from us. Note that Kind Cigars/Kind Group AB can never guarantee any delivery times. The fixed shipping cost within Sweden is currently 65 SEK.

If you choose to pick up your order at our office and warehouse in Helsingborg, we will contact you via email when the order is ready for collection with further information. Valid identification and order number are required for collection.

Suspicion of distribution to minors

If we have reason to is suspect distribution of tobacco to minors, your purchase will be denied.

Out of Stock & Backorder

If you order a product that is out of stock/backordered, we will always contact you to find a solution together. Often, we find a good replacement, and the order can be shipped the same day, but if we can get the product in within a few weeks, it may also be possible to wait for restocking and have the entire order shipped then. We never replace products in your order without first contacting you.

Sales Abroad

Kind Cigars only ships to customers in Sweden.
Local pickup at our office in Helsingborg, Sweden, is available for international customers.

Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us at info@kindcigars.se, it must be clear that you regret your purchase. The withdrawal period starts the day you received the item or a significant part of it. In the case of the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost to us and the initial shipping cost if such was paid. Returns must be sent to us with a shipping method that delivers to the door at a business address. You can buy return shipping from us for 99 SEK.

You do NOT have the right of withdrawal:

• For cigars, as they can quickly deteriorate if not stored properly.
• If the agreement concerns a custom-made product or a product that has a clear personal touch.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep and return the product in essentially the same condition as when you received it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal. In the case of the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost. Returns must be sent to us with a shipping method that delivers to the door at a business address. You can buy return shipping from us for 99 SEK.

Ownership

Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made, this applies to both private individuals and companies.

Uncollected Packages

Uncollected items are returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, an administration fee, and a handling fee, currently 200 SEK.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense except in cases where the item is defective on delivery, in the event of a complaint, or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent and packed in such a way that the product is not damaged during the return and never against cash on delivery. Always contact us before making a return.

Complaints

In case of a complaint, notify us as soon as possible after receiving the item via email or phone along with your order number. We always follow the Consumer Purchase Act and the National Board for Consumer Disputes' rules and advice.

Refund Obligation

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. The item must be returned to us within 14 days after invoking your right of withdrawal.

Definition of "Active Subscriber"

Kind Cigars defines an active subscriber as a subscriber who has not canceled or paused their subscription and who has no unpaid overdue invoices with Kind Group AB.

A subscription with Kind Cigars has no binding period or notice period, but we need to be notified by the 19th of the month for it to take immediate effect.
